Support that meets your child where they are at.
Care and compassion for the entire family.
We are a neuroaffirming practice dedicated to meeting your child exactly where they are. We create a supportive, low-demand environment that encourages skill building by leaning into their unique strengths. Our specialties include sensory processing, executive functioning, and pelvic floor therapy.
Executive Functioning
We help your child strengthen the skills they need to plan, organize, and complete tasks more independently. Our approach combines skills building, systems development, and automation to make daily routines easier and more manageable. For example, we teach strategies for breaking large tasks into smaller steps, creating visual schedules, setting reminders, and using checklists or digital apps to track homework and chores. By building these supports, your child can manage responsibilities with greater confidence, reduce frustration, and gain a sense of mastery over their day-to-day life.
Sensory Processing
Many neurodivergent children experience the world differently through their senses, which can affect focus, emotional regulation, and confidence in daily routines. Addressing these sensory differences through individualized strategies supports children in staying calm, improving focus, and participating more independently and confidently at home, at school, and during play.
Pelvic Floor
Pelvic floor therapy supports bladder and bowel control, posture, and overall comfort. Children who struggle with frequent accidents, difficulty with toilet training, constipation, discomfort during movement, or poor posture can benefit from targeted, playful strategies. This therapy helps build body awareness, independence, confidence, and participation in daily activities.
